These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Web Growth Systems LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), the operator of QuoteBoss at quoteboss.io ("Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
QuoteBoss is an AI-powered quote generation platform designed for contractors. It helps you:
QuoteBoss is a software tool. It does not perform any contracting work, guarantee project outcomes, or act as a party to any contractor-client agreement.
Access to QuoteBoss requires an active subscription purchased through Whop (whop.com/web-growth-systems). You sign in using your Whop account via OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Whop credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use QuoteBoss.
You agree to use QuoteBoss only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Subscriptions are billed and managed through Whop. We offer two plans:
Both plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your payment method on file with Whop will be charged at the applicable rate.
No refunds. All subscription payments are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a partial or prorated refund.

QuoteBoss does not guarantee that any quote generated on the platform accurately reflects actual project costs, local market rates, or any specific outcome. Quotes are estimates only.
To accept client payments through QuoteBoss, you must connect a Stripe account via Stripe Connect. By doing so, you agree to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and their Terms of Service. Stripe is solely responsible for payment processing.
QuoteBoss charges a 1% platform fee on each payment processed through the platform. This fee is deducted at the time of the transaction. You may choose to pass this fee to your client or absorb it yourself, via your account settings.
We are not responsible for payment failures, chargebacks, or disputes between you and your clients. All payment disputes are handled through Stripe's standard processes.
QuoteBoss, including its design, software, pricing data, and content, is owned by Web Growth Systems LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you create (quotes, client information, custom pricing). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you.
QuoteBoss is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Web Growth Systems LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of QuoteBoss, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your access to the platform will end. We may retain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of incorporation of Web Growth Systems LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
